SONIC®, America’s largest drive-in quick-service restaurant chain, achieved record-breaking customer engagement results with their foray into RCS (Rich Communication Services) using next-generation interactive mobile messaging. No stranger to texting customers, SONIC was able to compare how RCS stacked up against their previously-used mobile messaging standards (SMS, MMS) in a campaign using all three.
